Ragan Outdoors Cabela

Cabela is a medium running liver and white. Proven herself in the the field on Pheasant, Quail and Chuckar.  Her drive for birds is amazing. She is a talker.  You miss a bird and she is going to let you know how she fells about it.  Very aggressive about her birds she will hold them forever and will be the first to honor another dogs point.  Cabela's grand mother was Colorado Gun Dog of the Year 2004, Thunder Butte's Mountain Abby.  Cabela's bloodline also has Lobo's Blazing Candy Man, Jim De Bob's Sparks A Dan D (Brittany Field Trail Hall of Fame Dog), and Dual Champion Sunnyvale Point of Interest, just to a few of the Champions in her blood line.  Along with being amazing in the field she curls right up to the family at home on the couch and in bed.  Cabela's first litter she produced a number of liver and whites and two beautiful liver roans. Ragan Outdoors Little Lady

Lady, Mother of Cabela, is also a medium running liver and white.  Her Mother was the Thunder Butte's Mountain Abby (Colorado Gun Dog of the Year 2004).  Her bloodline also has Lobo's Blazing Candy Man, Jim De Bob's Sparks A Dan D (Brittany Field Trail Hall of Fame Dog), and Dual Champion Sunnyvale Point of Interest, just to a few of the Champions in her blood line.  Lady also has the trait of let you know what is on her mind.  She will commonly remind you when you come into the house and did not take her.  She has pointed so many bird between hunting in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, along with doing a number of demos for our kennel I have lost count.  Lady produces beautiful liver and orange pups in her litters.  We continue to have people waiting for her pups just by word of mouth.  When not in the the field her favor spot is snuggled in with people or the other dogs.  Do not get your face to close to your she thinks everyone loves her and she has to return that with a kiss :)  Owned by Josh Ragan

Thunders Betsy

Betsy, name after a little Mexican fire fighter that saved John's home in during the Hayman Fire.  The fire fighter was a petite hard working little gal.  Living up to the hard working name, Betsy is a short to medium running orange roan.  Betsy has take 1st in Colorado Gun Dog competitions.  Also running some of the same blood  she has Lobo's Blazing Candy Man, Jim De Bob's Sparks A Dan D (Brittany Field Trail Hall of Fame Dog), and Dual Champion Sunnyvale Point of Interest, just to a few of the Champions in her blood line.  Betsy tends to be reserved with most everyone except the regular people she is always around.  However once in the field that all changes, she is all business, finishing each point with a retrieve to whom ever flushed the bird for her.  That is right not to her owner however who ever completed the flush.  Betsy has had 3 litter and is now retired to just spending her time in the field.  Owned by Josh Ragan and John Partington.
